About the product

The Distributed Feedback Laser (OSE3) is a high-performance light source designed for precision telecom and sensing applications. Covering the full ITU grid from 1530–1610 nm, it offers narrow linewidths, high output power, and stable operation in demanding environments. Packaged in hermetically sealed butterfly or TO-Can formats with integrated TEC, monitor diode, and isolator, the OSE3 delivers reliable performance for DWDM, spectroscopy, and advanced measurement systems.

  • High-performance, multi-quantum well (MQW) distributed-feedback (DFB) laser chip
  • Center Wavelengths ranging from 1530nm to 1610nm
  • Center Wavelength tolerance: CW +/- 0.2nm
  • Linewidths (FWHM): Typical 1-3MHz
  • High output power(≥10mW)
  • Light output: FC/APC Connector (Optional FC/PC or SMA)
  • Product family covers the full ITU grid for 100GHz spacing in DWDM systems
  • Industry standard 14-pin butterfly package and TO-Can packages available.
